David brings over 20 years of legal experience as a corporate lawyer. Most recently, he served for more than four years as the Chief Legal Officer of a private equity–sponsored company with global operations in a regulated industry. Prior to that, he spent nearly 13 years at Latham & Watkins LLP in their corporate department, where he advised both public and private clients on a wide variety of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital markets transactions, public company representation, and other general corporate and transactional matters.

David graduated from The University of Southern California Gould School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is actively licensed to practice law in the State of California.
