]]> David Youngquist is the Manager of Data Architecture & Analytics at Phoenix Operating, with extensive experience in upstream oil and gas. He holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has built his career at the intersection of data, technology, and energy.

Before joining Phoenix, David worked across departments including Corporate Reserves, Drilling/Completions, Business Development, and IT, and led data initiatives at a tech startup in Boulder. There, he managed a team of analysts and engineers and helped secure $29MM in Series A funding and a $160MM DOE grant.

A Colorado native, David lives in Lakewood with his wife, Lindsey, their newborn son, and two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and is a former college football conference champion.
