]]> Jay (Soo Jin) Song is a Jr. GIS Analyst in the Land department at Phoenix Energy with several years of experience in GIS. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and previously worked as a Planning Technician for the City of Garland, where he tracked development case statuses and maintained case files. Jay is skilled in ArcGIS Pro and geocoding, and his senior-year project on PFAS contamination in Massachusetts earned the Best Poster Award at the NEARC Conference.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Jay comes from a family of six and has lived in many parts of the world. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar for his Korean church. Passionate about the broad applications of GIS, Jay aspires to use his skills to serve diverse needs and looks forward to contributing to the Land Department’s continued success at Phoenix Energy.
