With a background in banking and non-profits, including roles as Trust Operations Clerk and Financial Specialist, Teresa excels in problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and financial tasks. She successfully completed a non-profit’s comprehensive Federal Financial Reporting without issues.

Based in Casper, Wyoming, Teresa is married, has a cat, and enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new foods with her husband. She values the support and expertise provided by her colleagues at Phoenix and aims to continue learning and growing with the company.

With a background in Psychology and Business Administration from Casper College and Walden University, Sam brings nearly two decades of hospitality experience, including roles as General Manager and Director of Sales at Marriott, Hilton, and Intercontinental Hotel Group. She is known for her skills in operations management, customer relations, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Hailing from Casper, WY, Sam enjoys spending time with family, baking, creating cosplay, and attending comic/pop culture conventions. Her favorite part of the job is working with friendly, knowledgeable coworkers and the dynamic nature of the roles. Sam aspires to continue learning and growing with Phoenix Energy.
