]]> Brittney Erwin, our Office Manager at the Texas office, brings over a decade of leadership experience in the customer service industry to her new role in oil and gas. While pursuing a Bachelor’s in English Language Arts at the University of North Texas, Brittney shifted her focus toward entrepreneurial pursuits, managing a multi-location airbrush tanning salon before transitioning to healthcare practice management. She has successfully built and managed operations across pediatrics, dermatology, orthopedics, and aesthetics, with achievements including developing official training programs and building two private medical practices. 

Originally from Carrollton, TX, Brittney enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, hiking, skiing, and playing pickleball. At Phoenix Energy, she is passionate about fostering positivity, encouragement, and collaboration in the workplace and looks forward to growing into training and team leadership roles.

With a background in Art Education, Michelle previously served as the Curator of Education at her local art museum, where she was honored as the Museum Art Educator of the Year by the Wyoming Art Education Association in 2023.

A Casper native, Michelle thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly. She takes pride in creating a positive, efficient environment where her team feels supported and equipped to succeed. 

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and dogs, remodeling their home, and exploring creative hobbies like baking, gardening, and crafting. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies and holds both a Real Estate License and a Certified Notary Public credential.

Throughout her career, Maria has held key roles such as Office Manager at a veterans-focused consulting firm and served in dual capacities as Corporate Recruiter and Executive Assistant for prominent companies, including HULU, JetSuite, and Kyocera. A career highlight includes leading HULU’s headquarters relocation from Santa Monica to San Antonio, where she successfully recruited nearly 400 employees across three major projects.

Maria is known for her strong decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and emotional intelligence. She excels in environments where reliability, collaboration, and efficiency are valued and takes pride in being a dependable support to her team.

Born in the Bay Area and raised in Austin, TX, Maria comes from a bilingual Spanish-speaking household.
