With a Bachelor of Science degree, J.R. has made significant contributions in renowned companies, managing land teams and spearheading the acquisition of diverse mineral and royalty interests from legacy production basins. In his dynamic career, he has excelled in mentoring acquisition team members and acquiring mineral and royalty interests.

J.R. possesses key skills in problem-solving, communication, and sales. Originally from Tulsa, OK, he is a dedicated family man with a lovely wife and three sons. Outside of work, J.R. finds joy in coaching soccer, participating in water sports, and enjoying hunting and fishing. His favorite aspect of the job is being part of the Phoenix family, a remarkable group prioritizing clients from both sides of the business, where he has witnessed many families positively impacted and lives changed for the better by Phoenix’s services.

]]> Casey brings over a decade of sales experience to Phoenix Energy. Residing in California, he attended the University of California, Los Angeles on a baseball scholarship. In 2009, he was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and played professionally for 5 years before transitioning into sales.

As a former account manager in the sporting goods industry, Casey believes that honesty, transparency, and relationship building are integral to forming a trusting relationship between both parties. He is a tireless worker who never settles until his clients receive the best possible outcome. Adaptive and quick to learn, Casey is excited to bring his knowledge to Phoenix Capital Group.

Casey is married and has two boys, Colton and Brody. When not working, he spends his time in the sunshine with his wife, Kristen, watching his boys grow up each and every day. Becoming a father has been the highlight of his life!
