]]> Erika Riley is a Senior Production Accountant in the Operating Department at Phoenix Energy, bringing over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and began her career at Aspect Energy, where she gained hands-on experience in operations and production technician roles. Over the years, Erika has supported production allocation and day-to-day accounting processes at companies including Rosetta Resources, Resolute Energy, XOG, Mallard Exploration, and Ineos Energy.

She specializes in developing clear, repeatable processes, delivering reliable production data across teams, and training field personnel to ensure accurate data input from the field.

Originally from Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Erika now lives in Parker, CO with her husband, children, and their Lab-Beagle mix, Archie. Outside of work, she enjoys Lagree Pilates, yoga, gardening, traveling, and cheering on her kids in their activities. At Phoenix Energy, Erika is passionate about building dependable production tracking and reporting systems to support the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
