Marty Lile is the Sr. Vice President of Capital Markets at Phoenix Energy, bringing over 30 years of experience in raising private capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky. Specializing in raising capital for Independent Oil and Gas Developers, Marty has supported technology ventures and real estate projects and successfully run his own firm, M.R. Cox Oil and Gas Development, from 2005 to 2010.

Marty’s key skills include building client relationships, negotiations, and business development. Originally from Glasgow, KY, he is married to Christi Lacey Lile, and together, they have 6 adult children. Outside of work, he enjoys going to church, hunting, fishing, football, rodeo, and playing guitar. He is also a proud singer/songwriter in the country music genre.

Guided by the motto “Never, Never, Never Give Up” from Winston Churchill, Marty aims to be a top performer in the Capital Markets department, helping Phoenix Energy secure the capital needed for continued growth.

Adam Dohler, Sr. Vice President of Capital Markets, brings two decades of extensive experience in Capital Markets. He holds an MBA in Investments from the University of Notre Dame, a BA in Finance from Florida State University, a Series 7, and has earned CFA Level I. His career includes significant roles on a NYC Sales and Trading desk, such as Director of High Yield Trading at Morgan Stanley, Nomura, and Royal Bank of Canada. Adam is skilled in analyzing and hedging risks, with experience trading and investing in high-yield bonds across various sectors, including Oil & Gas. He has worked closely with corporations, bringing various bond offerings to market. He enjoys building loyal relationships with investors by maximizing investment performance while growing bond expertise and knowledge.

Currently residing in Palm Beach County, Adam enjoys the Florida life with his wife and three young children. The bulk of his free time is spent coaching his sons’ Little League baseball teams and passionately supporting FSU and Notre Dame Football.  He’s also caught an MLB game at 27 different stadiums.

Juan Vogeler, Sr. Vice President of Capital Markets at Phoenix Energy, brings over a decade of finance expertise. With an MBA and a civil engineering background, he began his career at esteemed firms like JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch, specializing in raising equity capital for listed companies.

Juan’s favorite aspect of the job is cultivating investor relationships in a dynamic, growing organization. Outside of work, Juan stays active playing tennis and following the Real Estate market. He and his wife Jennifer live in Miami.

At Phoenix, Juan aims to leverage his diverse perspective and financial expertise to help build the company’s investor base and capital to make a significant impact on the company’s growth journey.

His wealth of experience stems from owning and managing various businesses, encompassing automotive, finance, real estate companies, and a financial planning practice.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Devin is the owner of a working cattle ranch in Oklahoma — a place for his son to acquire invaluable skills. Hailing from Hollis, Oklahoma, Devin enjoys helping individuals and families build security and financial health. Inspired by “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and committed to the motto “We aren’t born knowing how to win at life; we have to learn and build that skill set,” Devin aspires to contribute his career built on grit to enhance value for clients, recognizing the importance of continual learning and improvement.
